Moore Staff visits the “new” buidling
Principal Beth Sloan and several other staff members were recently able to take a tour of Moore and see the great progress that is taking place. The building is undergoing a 6.6 million dollar renovation and things are starting to take shape. Underground work was been done for the addition of the new gymnasium and before long passers-by will be able to see some visible progress as the walls go up. Staff members were able to get a look at classroom and office spaces. It is a blank slate and teachers are excited and eager about of all the wonderful possibilities that exist in their new rooms. Parents will appreciate the security system and the new drop off lane on the south side of the building. Mark your calendars now for the Community-Wide Open House slated to take place on August 17th from 4:00-7:00 PM and you won’t want to miss the official ribbon cutting set for September 17th.
