Proof of residency requirement for enrollment
Registration will be here before you know it. Remember to mark your calendars for July 21st and 23rd from 8:00-1:00 and July 27th and 29th from 1:00-7:00. Registration will be held at Woodlawn Education Center, 4000 Lower Beaver Rd. This is the first year that DMPS will be gathering information on-line and we are excited to start the new school year off in this efficient manner. Just a reminder, here are a few items to bring with you: birth certificate, proof of immunization, photo ID (parent), and proof of address.
Please see the letter below for acceptable forms of proof of address. If your child has open enrolled to Moore from another DMPS building proof of address is also required. If you have any questions please contact us at moore@dmschools.org
