The Mitten

Miss Cummins’s kindergarten class read “The Mitten” by Jan Brett and loved it so much they decided to put on a short play for their friends at school. Students took turns reading their parts and as each “animal” made his way in to the mitten so too, did our kindergartners! It didn’t take long for our mitten to be packed full of rabbits and mice and hedgehogs! This was such a great way to kick off winter break. Thank you to Miss Cummins for your creativity and dedication to helping your students learn in all kinds of  exciting ways!
